How to Use:

• For a Saturated Bold Matte Lip – Prep and exfoliate lips for a smooth base. Sharpen the pencil for a precise edge and outline your desired lip shape. Fill in lips, starting from the center and gliding outwards for full coverage.
• For a Blurred, Soft-Focus Matte Lip – Exfoliate lips and apply concealer to neutralize lip tone. Apply color from the pencil starting at the mouth’s center, and moving outward. Softly diffuse edges with a finger or flat shadow brush for a gradient look.
